本文是对该百科的意识形态指导，对此欢迎在讨论区提出批评。

我们遵从马列主义, 以马克思恩格斯、列宁的著作为主。故此我们完全支持无产阶级专政国家 :

反帝国主义

下列国家并非社会主义国家,但我们依然支持他们对抗二十世纪下半叶以来的主要帝国主义力量：北约帝国主义。

反压迫

我们反对任何形式的压迫, 反对美化对妇女、黑人和性少数群体的压迫，阶级还原论是反马克思主义的。

目标

普罗百科完全免费，由编辑者管理

普罗百科的使命是提供帮助理解与发展马列主义的免费信息与作品。

普罗百科鼓励大家自由搬运、分享网站上的资料，大家可以发布受版权保护的符合编辑惯例的资料。本百科任何方面都可以民主协商，但本百科绝不会自己解散。

普罗百科是集体所有的

普罗百科永不会被任何个人控制，该网站所有权在于整个集体。

普罗百科不会插入任何广告与软件，会努力保护用户隐私。
