核心原則

政治路線

我們遵從馬列主義, 以馬克思恩格斯、列寧的著作為主。故此我們完全支持無產階級專政國家 :

反帝國主義

下列國家並非社會主義國家,但我們依然支持他們對抗二十世紀下半葉以來的主要帝國主義力量：北約帝國主義。

反壓迫

我們反對任何形式的壓迫, 反對美化對婦女、黑人和性少數群體的壓迫，階級還原論是反馬克思主義的。

目標

普羅百科完全免費，由編輯者管理

普羅百科的使命是提供幫助理解與發展馬列主義的免費信息與作品。

普羅百科鼓勵大家自由搬運、分享網站上的資料，大家可以發布受版權保護的符合編輯慣例的資料。本百科任何方面都可以民主協商，但本百科絕不會自己解散。

普羅百科是集體所有的

普羅百科永不會被任何個人控制，該網站所有權在於整個集體。

普羅百科不會插入任何廣告與軟體，會努力保護用戶隱私。

普羅百科致力於民主決策

普羅百科的組織原則是民主決策，任何人都不可支配他人。民主決策會保障整個組織的健康但不應總依靠決策。當遇到矛盾、分歧時我們應進行民主決策。歡迎各位在此基礎上為普羅百科提出建議與意見，所有編輯者（包括管理員）都應倡導民主決策並及時指出問題以待商量解決。
